Machine Features

◆ The 4RT architecture features beyond the general traditional front-top mold opening, which can be used for special molds of three or four layers. This function has the special capabilities of mold opening and

individual ejection of the middle mold, mold insertion for the bottom mold, descent of the middle mold, and ascent of the ejector to pat the finished product. These functions can be adjusted according to the operator's needs.

◆ It adopts dual power, dual oil pumps, dual motors, and dual coolers, with two axes working completely independently.

◆ The oil system is specially designed to be vibration-free and stable, with faster mold insertion and ejection, as well as ascent and descent speeds compared to machines in the same industry.

◆ High vacuum degree, using average suction method, can stabilize the product, improve quality and production capacity.

◆ The vacuum gas storage tank is of a base-type design, with a large gas storage space.

◆ Special mold opening mechanism design, with long service life, quiet, fast, and stable mold insertion and ejection.
