Purpose of tire bead breaker

 The bead cutter is one of the main components of the complete crushing equipment for waste bias-ply tires, waste all-steel tires, and semi-steel radial tires. Its primary function is to cut off the bead on one side of the waste tire. It is an essential equipment for processing rubber powder or reclaimed rubber and serves as the first process step.

 The bead cutter utilizes a helical gear for variable speed, ensuring stable operation and high transmission efficiency. The cutting blade is made of high-quality hard alloy and is carefully ground, resulting in a long service life and high hardness for wear resistance.

 For the transmission of the machine, the motor inside the frame drives the helical gear shaft through a V-belt reduction drive. Then, the helical gear shaft, in conjunction with the helical gear reducer, drives the tire support device to rotate, achieving the main motion of bead cutting. After the tire rotates counterclockwise, the operator manually turns the handwheel to vertically feed the bead cutter, cutting and separating the tire bead at a position approximately 50mm-80mm from the tire bead opening, thus completing the bead cutting process.
